Leaving Tracks

The snow and cold weather has been a gift this winter. 

 

Deer tracks made over night. 

 

Ski tracks made over the past week. 

A red tailed hawk flew off its kill just as I skied up. This demanded further investigation.

And stern commands to Stella to leave it alone.

Back up the pasture to the warm farmhouse.
