Crushing on the Red Dahlias

This week has lent itself to beautiful mornings....full moons setting, sunrise rainbow, and of course, the landing of the hot air balloon. I love working outside at sunrise. Watching the bees wake up, enjoying a moment pre-sunscreen and sans mosquitos.

We've been busy with lots of flower orders. I did have a moment to snap a few photos of an arrangement made as a gift for a local friend from one of her far away internet friends. Both of these women provide me with endless inspiration. In addition to my friend crushes, I am absolutely in love with the prolific red dahlias in the flower garden.
